Aniko's approach to fitness comes from her varied background in both combat sports and cross-training, as well as from her personal struggles with weight, body image and injury. Her goal is to show every individual she engages with that power and strength reside within them, no matter how they perceive themselves. She aims to show clients that they can overcome obstacles and achieve personal bests, no matter their age or physical start point.
Aniko has over 15 years of experience as a trainer, and continues to expand her knowledge base. From thorough assessments to varied modalities of training , Aniko tries to cover it all. She keeps her clients engaged and excited about working out because nothing ever stagnates.
She also tells really great dad jokes.
Ultimately, Aniko aims to show that fitness is a lifestyle that looks very different on each person; there is no perfection to attain, only goals to Smash through. She is passionate about fitness, but also about living a balanced and healthy life that allows for reflection, adventure, and a dram or two of Scotch.
